Who We Are

Founded to bring modern aerial capabilities to local and regional industries, Mason‑Dixon Drone Services combines technical skill, professional workflows, and a multi‑drone fleet capable of handling diverse missions.

With training in thermography, telecom inspection fundamentals, construction mapping, roof inspections, and environmental documentation, we provide imaging that meets professional standards—not hobbyist results.

We operate with a focus on safety, compliance, and precision. Every project follows structured planning, airspace review, weather evaluation, and mission‑specific checklists to ensure consistent, repeatable outcomes.

We deliver a wide range of aerial services, including:

  • Aerial Photography & Videography High‑resolution marketing visuals, promotional content, and stabilized 4K video.

  • Mapping & Photogrammetry Orthomosaics, 3D models, elevation data, and GIS‑ready deliverables for construction, land management, and documentation.

  • Roof & Property Inspections Detailed imagery for contractors, insurance adjusters, and property managers.

  • Telecom Tower Inspections High‑zoom imaging of antenna arrays, mounts, cabling, and structural components for engineering and maintenance teams.

Meet the Pilot Behind the Mission

Mason‑Dixon Drone Services is led by Jonathan, a Part 107–certified operator whose career has been built on precision, problem‑solving, and operational discipline. Before launching the company, he spent years in construction management, overseeing commercial and infrastructure projects where coordination, documentation, safety planning, and schedule control are essential. This background allows Mason‑Dixon Drone Services to deliver aerial data that fits the real workflows used by construction managers, engineers, inspectors, and project teams.

Jonathan brings strong analytical capability to every engagement, including reporting, dashboard development, and structured data delivery. Clients receive actionable intelligence — inspection reports, annotated imagery, orthomosaics, 3D data, and progress dashboards — rather than raw footage. Every deliverable is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing systems and support informed decision‑making.

He completed Carroll Community College’s Commercial UAS Pilot Program and holds an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, covering airspace regulations, flight planning, weather analysis, and risk mitigation. This credential forms the foundation of every operation.

Jonathan is actively pursuing OSHA 30, EM 385‑1‑1, and Maryland MBE certification to expand compliance and eligibility for federal and state contracting. His vision for Mason‑Dixon Drone Services is to build a scalable, transparent, and fully compliant operation positioned for high‑value work in construction, infrastructure, and public‑sector projects — while maintaining the accountability and integrity that define the company.
